Great Job To All Jr Vet Day Camp Participants! 
35 Kids participated in Easter Jr Vet Day Camp 2009. They learned all about rabbit, guinea pig and hamster care, and they even got to handle all the furry participants at the Ellwood Animal Hospital. The eggs they decorated are on display thru April 25th, 2009 -

Emergency Service for patients of the Ellwood and Chippewa Animal Hospitals is provided when you call into the office, allowing a staff veterinarian to prepare for your arrival .After-hour pet emergencies are seen at the Ellwood office. Late evening hours for routine care or emergencies is provided during the week M-F until 8 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays until 6 pm - please call our office for appointments.

Thanks to Students and Staff for all their efforts in planning and holding the Easter Jr Vet Day Camp - without the following people, 35 kids coloring eggs in the animal hospital could not have been such a smooth operation. Hats off to:

Welcome to Dr. Daniel Chitu and Dr. Megan Ross
Dr. Megan Ross, a graduate of Auburn Veterinary College and the Chi Institute of Veterinary Acupuncture has joined the staff. She brings her experience in conventional veterinary care, Eastern medincine and acupuncture, as well as rehabilitative therapies to our clients.
Dr. Daniel Chitu has been in veterinary practice since 1992. He has rejoined our staff, bringing his experience in all aspects of veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry, as well as Emergency Medicine, ophthalmology, and animal nutrition to our clients and their pets.
